Many bands throughout the history of music have named themselves after a place whether it’s a city, state. country or continent. Some of the bands are actually from the place (Boston) while others think more globally (Asia). No matter the case, it’s an interesting list of bands that decided to scrap clever names to go for something familiar to many.
