Blizzard of Ozz (1980) – Randy Rhoads who previously played guitar in early versions of Quiet Riot

Diary of a Madman (1981) – Randy Rhoads

Speak of the Devil (live) (1982) – Brad Gillis guitarist for Night Ranger who stepped in following Randy Rhoads’s tragic death.

Bark at the Moon (1983) – Jake E. Lee who previously played in Mickey Ratt (later to be known as Ratt). Following his stint with Ozzy, Lee would form the band Badlands.

The Ultimate Sin (1986) – Jake E. Lee

Tribute (live) (1987) – Randy Rhoads was featured on this album as a tribute following his untimely death.

No Rest for the Wicked (1988) – Zakk Wylde was a 21-year-old virtually unknown guitarist prior to joining with Ozzy. He would go on to form Pride & Glory and Black Label Society.

No More Tears (1991) – Zakk Wylde

Live & Loud (1993) – Zakk Wylde. Tony Iommi played on the live version of “Black Sabbath” along with the former Sabbath bandmates Bill Ward and Geezer Butler.

Under Cover (2005) – Jerry Cantrell best known as the founder and guitarist for Alice in Chains. Leslie West also appeared on the album preforming the guitar solo for the cover of his band Mountain’s classic song “Mississippi Queen.”

Scream (2010) – Gus G. who also played guitar in Firewind.

Ordinary Man (2020) – Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Prophets of Rage), Adam Watt (record producer, guitarist for California Breed) and Charlie Schein.

Patient Number 9 (2022) – Mike McCready (Pearl Jam), Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Zakk Wylde and Tony Iommi
